All of our consultants have been working independent consultants on various projects. Each has been working from home offices. As partners, this same work arrangement will be maintained because of the low overhead cost. This working arrangement allows GEM PARTNERS to be the most cost effective consulting firm of its type. Personal computers, complete communications makes this a very effective way to work.

Diverse background of exploration, permits, mining claims, reclamation plans, mine development, equipment performance and selection, mine management, mine closure, plant management, and acquisitions.

Charles J. Vogelsang - Over Thirty years of both line and staff management experience working in manufacturing and processing environments. Leader with excellent team building skills to develop plans to achieve the stated objectives for multiple facilities. Developed the strategic and financial plans with each of the 23 plants. Superior problem solver in developing cost reduction and profit improvement plans. Experienced with plant start-up, support, and customer applications. Exceptionally flexible and experienced working with diverse and multicultural clientele.

Craig M. Smith - 35+ years experience in Industrial Minerals, Exploration, Geologic modeling, Mine Planning, Bankable Mine Plans and Reclamation. Experienced in mine closure, estimating end of mine costs, financial assurance, internal and external reclamation audits.

Don T. Goodhue - Employed for 37 years by a major diatomite and perlite producer; R & D, Process, Engineering, Plant Management. Experienced with material handling, crushing, grinding, drying, screening, calcining, packaging, and air pollution control.
